Job Title: Training & Administration Coordinator

Location: Milton Keynes, MK15 – Office Based

Salary: £27,000–£28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Our client is a growing specialist business supporting the UK collision repair sector through mobile services, remote diagnostics and programming, and a dedicated training centre in Milton Keynes. Their IMI-approved training centre delivers a wide range of automotive training, including EV, welding, MET, paint, panel, VDA, ADAS and other industry-specific courses. They also work with external training and assessment providers to deliver qualifications and bespoke training programmes for customers.

The Role

Our client is looking for an organised and customer-focused Training & Administration Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of their training services. The role will be responsible for coordinating training bookings, liaising with customers, suppliers, assessors and awarding bodies, maintaining accurate training and booking records, preparing assessment documentation and supporting the wider administration of the training centre.

This is a busy, varied role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time. The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers and external providers, working independently and ensuring that training bookings and associated administration are completed accurately and on time.

Training & Development

Full training will be provided. Previous experience of the automotive training sector, awarding bodies, Xero or specific training systems is not essential, as full training and support will be provided. We are looking for someone with strong administration and organisational skills, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will be supported to develop the knowledge and skills required to confidently carry out the role.

Essential Experience and Skills

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar administrative, coordination or customer service role, or previous administrative experience in the Automotive sector
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Professional and confident telephone and email manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Live within 30 minute commute of Milton Keynes, MK15
