Training Administrator

A temporary fixed term vacancy has arisen within the Liebherr Training School based in Biggleswade for a Training Administrator.

The role contributes to the success of Liebherr–Great Britain Ltd by participating in the efficient operation of the Liebherr Training School ensuring outstanding customer service at all times whilst working within the Company’s key result areas;

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Training Services department with all administrative needs such as preparation of course notes or paperwork specific to each training course.
  • Help instructors to organise Training Services marketing stands at trade shows /exhibitions and promote training at customer days.
  • Booking and resulting CPCS test details.
  • Recording and monitoring all training in presentable, manageable and auditable form.
  • Managing the asset records, co-ordinating and arranging where appropriate, calibration and thorough examination records.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries from the training department and manages suitable responses in a timely manner.
  • Preparing invoices in the training department.
  • Managing training department records as appropriate.
  • Maintaining records as required for accounting and statistical purposes.
  • Creating and maintaining power point presentation information.
  • Organising of refreshments and meals as appropriate for meetings and visitors.
  • Managing the overall stationery and office equipment requirements in conjunction with others who share the resources.
  • Construction of tender and proposal documentation.
  • Receiving, managing and filtering incoming telephone calls as required.
