Aureos is seeking a Training Administrator to join our Bathgate office. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees, from site staff to directors, receive the necessary training to excel in their positions.
You will have the valuable support of our Administrative/QHSE Team, and we welcome your fresh perspective and enthusiasm to help shape this role. Your initiative will be key in creating an effective point of contact for all training inquiries and requirements.
Duties
We are looking for someone who can adapt to using our in-house training systems. Essentially, you’ll maintain and manage a Training system for every employee within the energy sector which lists every employee, their current training certs/qualifications and when they come up for renewal.

You’ll also liaise with Project management teams to ensure training courses are arranged for employees and to maintain relevant competencies.
The role is admin heavy therefore you’ll need to be strong at time management and organisation. The role is likely to expand into different administrative duties which may change overtime depending on company needs and will require your ability to adapt and learn new skills.
Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Proficiency in using Office software.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
