Police Scotland is now recruiting for a Training Administrator to join our Leadership, Training and Development department based at our Jackton site.
In this role you will provide administrative support for all core training products and services, working in partnership with operational policing in order to ensure the provision of appropriate national training delivery programmes.
Key Responsibilities -
- Working with a high level of accuracy, providing administrative services as required to support all training delivery departments.
- Training applications management including maintaining the accuracy of specialisms, licenses and authorisations on databases; running, formatting and analysing reports; arranging access to relevant training applications and systems; scheduling courses in relevant training diaries; training course enrolment and cancellation; monitor and update training course lists and completion lists and associated details and regular audit of system data.
- Monitor course attendance, creating necessary management information to enable feedback to divisions and departments.
- Provide all administrative services to assist in the organisation of training delivery programmes and courses.
