Role: Training Administrator

Salary: GBP27,000 per annum

Location: Salford / Central Manchester (Hybrid)

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00

About The Role

We are seeking an organised Training Administrator to join a supportive, education-focused team in Salford/Central Manchester. Working on a hybrid basis, you will keep daily operations running smoothly by managing schedules, processing training bookings, and maintaining accurate administrative records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and Bookings: Process, update, and reschedule training sessions, making sure trainer calendars and travel times are accurately mapped out.
  • Inbox and Query Management: Monitor team inboxes and messaging channels to process session cancellations, answer trainer queries, and update schedules in real time.
  • Data Quality and Audit: Run regular checks across our CRM to clean up duplicate entries, resolve broken links, and keep customer records accurate.
  • Invoicing Preparation: Check completed session paperwork and timesheets to ensure everything is correct and ready for the finance team to invoice.

  • Experience in administrative, scheduling, or operational support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience checking data accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great time management and the ability to handle daily deadlines.
