Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator, specialising in Construction Health & Safety topics, with a strong awareness of CSCS, CPCS, and CITB related training.
The role is specifically to provide Maternity Cover, however other opportunities may exist in the growing business for the right candidate beyond the initial period of cover.

About the Role
To be considered for the role you will need proven experience with CSCS/CPCS schemes along with a range of skills to succeed in the role including:
- Excellent administration skills
- Confidence on the telephone
- Advanced Microsoft Office use
- Working individually and as part of a team
- Flexibility to respond and prioritise changing demands and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve the implementation of relevant training and development requirements through:
- Bookings – identifying training priorities, planning activity, inviting delegates, making booking, communicating with relevant parties.
- Reporting – preparing monthly reports, data for training meetings, status of e-learning, etc.
- Record Keeping – maintaining the training portal with all relevant data from booking to withdrawal, to record of outcome. Retaining clearly labelled certificates in SharePoint folder.
- Financial management – reclaiming fees, invoice approvals, CITB grants
- Providers - Sourcing and liaising with specialist providers

Essential Requirements
- Awareness of construction themes (e.g. CSCS. etc)
- Organising and sorting data
- Excellent attention to detail
- Telephone skills
- Discrete handling confidential information
- Resilience when working to fixed deadlines
- Interpersonal and customer facing skills
- Working effectively under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Assimilate information quickly and accurately
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Administrative experience: 5 years (required)
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
