Training Administrator - Maternity Cover - Full time

Location: Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 8GJ

We are looking for a Training Administrator for maternity leave cover, to join the UK’s leading ground engineering and geotechnical contractor. What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure all employees receive the correct training in line with their job role, and actively manage training compliance
  • Process information including confidential and sensitive data in line with GDPR guidelines
  • Ensure relevant training courses are scheduled and details shared with employees, divisions, and external candidates including tracking completion of the course and reminders for course deadlines and qualification expiry dates
  • Record and monitor all training and development in the learning management system and assist with the production of routine reports
  • Deal with enquiries from staff by e-mail, phone, or letter, advising on the availability of training courses, booking procedures, and course fees
  • Check and maintain the accuracy of training records using regular and ad-hoc business reports
  • Maintain up-to-date, correct, and accurate training records, such as delegate lists, schedules, and attendance records
  • Notifying and resulting training courses
  • Preparing paperwork for courses
  • Dealing with external clients
  • Invigilating Courses

Who We're Looking For

  • Ideally, some existing knowledge training processes, including knowledge of training schemes, certifications, and qualifications e.g. CITB, CSCS, CPCS, and NPORS
  • Process information including confidential and sensitive data in line with GDPR guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Competent in all Microsoft applications, especially Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Eligible to work and live in the UK.

What You’ll Get In Return

  • Competitive salary depending on experience (pro rata)
  • Working hours 9.00am to 5pm one week and 8.00am till 4pm the following week on rotation, with an hour for lunch.
