We are looking for a Training and Competence Coordinator to join our team in Head Office on a fixed term contract basis. Sitting within the Organisational Development Function, you will be responsible for the training compliance of trade roles within allocated sites, based within our Industrial Division of KAEFER. The role will provide support, guidance and advice to operational teams and nominated site administrators in relation to the training compliance of on-site trade roles, funding options and training completion procedure.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Ensure site training matrices are accurately maintained
- Verify skills cards during the onboarding process.
- Flag expiring training to operations at relevant intervals.
- Process training requests as and when required including course bookings/ joining instructions.
- Ensure training records are accurately maintained and available to operations.
- Assign e-learning courses via iHASCO.
- Assign and manage completion of site inductions via Intasite.
- Complete monthly training reporting, quarterly code of conduct reporting and ad hoc training and compliance reports as needed.
- Support with the employee base standards annual review and maintenance of trade-based employee curriculum.
- Ensure compliance with KAEFER and external procedures i.e. CISRS / TICA.
- Be responsible for and act as point of contact for Training and Competence audits (internal / external), ensuring training records are current, correct and valid.

Essential
What You Will Bring
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight timescales with the ability to demonstrate effective prioritisation, time-management and workload planning skills.
- Effective communication, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of on-site trades’ training and competence processes and principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Database.
- Experience within industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, logistics, utilities, or similar environments within an administration environment.
Desirable
- Experience of training and competence administration.
- Level 3 Business and Administration or equivalent experience.
