We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented T&C Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Working closely with experienced professionals, you'll gain valuable exposure to Training & Competence, regulatory processes and adviser oversight, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop a long-term career in T&C, Compliance or Financial Services.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for team meetings and visits to a Titan Wealth office. Candidates based in the North East are preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, broaden your industry knowledge and gain hands-on experience within a supportive and growing team.

Purpose of Role

To support the Senior T&C Manager and the T&C Manager Team with a wide range of administrative tasks including the collation and reporting of MI. Ensuring training, records and systems are kept up to date in line with current procedures.

Assisting the operation of effective systems and controls to mitigate business risks and to ensure compliance with the regulatory system. Helping to maintain a collegiate relationship with all staff to foster a positive approach to competence across the company.

  • Work closely with TWP T&C and Compliance teams to deliver administrative support to the Senior T&C Manager and the wider T&C Team.
  • Ongoing data management of the Access Evo system, ensuring that starters and leavers are kept up to date in line with HR notifications.
  • Ensure that all new colleagues added to the system are sent the Assess Evo How to Video within the first 2 weeks of joining.
  • Be the go-to point of contact for all staff in relation to the Assess Evo system. Sending out various communications when required.
  • Help maintain and extract MI from the T&C adviser pathways due to be built within the Assess Evo system; complaints, breaches, file checks and observations.
  • Support adviser general KPI MI data gathering.
  • Assist the T&C Managers by chasing and storing adviser SPS renewal records.
  • Updating of relevant T&C spreadsheets.
  • Create and update on an ongoing basis the Financial Planner Qualifications and Training Registers.
  • Maintain the CII and Assess external relationships.
  • Booking and ordering CII exam materials for TWP colleagues.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Teams (TWP & Group) to fulfil T&C objectives of the annual certification process.
  • Assist the T&C Team in ensuring that training material is allocated to colleagues throughout the year in line with the testing schedule.
  • Calculating any exam recovery costs in line with HR leaver notifications.
  • Managing TWP colleagues CII memberships on our Corporate Account including new starters and leavers.
  • Assist with the content/upkeep of the T&C Intranet page.
  • Promote and display the supportive and positive T&C culture of the business.
  • Proactively share best practice and experience in delivering key requirements.

Critical Skills And Experience Required

  • Current experience working within the Financial Services sector.
  • A good understanding and knowledge of relevant FCA rules.
  • A good understanding of complaints procedures.
  • A good understanding of other relevant legislation, including that related to financial crime and GDPR.
  • A good understanding of updating policies and procedures.
  • An in-depth understanding of Training & Competency.
  • Working knowledge of and be competent with Microsoft Applications.
