About WeBuyVintage

WeBuyVintage is one of the UK’s largest buyers of jewellery, antiques and collectibles. We run more roadshows than any other UK company - over 250 valuation events every month - bringing trusted experts face-to-face with customers across the country.

In less than two years, we’ve grown from a pub-table idea into an eight-figure business, and we’re on a mission to make WeBuyVintage a brand everyone recognises.

At WeBuyVintage, we’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building knowledgeable, confident teams. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, hands-on Training Content Producer who enjoys working in the field, capturing best practice, and turning real-world expertise into engaging learning content.

The Role

As our Field-Based Training Content Producer, you’ll spend time across our roadshows and operational locations, working alongside experienced colleagues to identify training needs & create company-wide strategy (including documents, training materials & processes for adoption).

As part of this, you’ll need to spend time understanding our colleagues and how they learn by observing day-to-day operations. Creating strategy will require capturing video, photography and interviews, and transforming complex processes into clear, engaging learning resources. This role combines content creation, instructional design and field collaboration, ensuring our training reflects how work is really done. You’ll also need to be comfortable getting in front of the camera too.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
