Training and Development Coordinator (HEaRT)

Salary band £36,331 - £45,157 per annum
(starting salary dependant on experience and qualifications)

40 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Based at Ashdown Garden School and Emerson College, Forest Row, East Sussex

We are looking to recruit a new role of Training and Development Coordinator (Hiram Education and Research Team) to support staff development at an exciting time of expansion and development.

In this role you will bring the vision, values, method and purpose of Ruskin Mill Trust to life for staff at Ashdown Garden School and Emerson College.

You will engage with, and promote, the unique method of PSTE throughout the educational offer from staff induction to Master’s programmes and support the 3 areas of research (consciousness studies, biodynamics and Rudolf Steiner therapeutic education).

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to support staff and adult learners, through designing and delivering our programmes, reviewing training, attending regular meetings, disseminating information and updates, planning future training requirements and be involved in the support of local delivery and mentoring of staff and learners.

You must have experience of working with the insights and ideas of Rudolf Steiner Holistic Education and significant knowledge of anthroposophy and spiritual science is essential. Experience of working with special education needs and craft practice are highly desirable.
