Your training will ensure that the repairs and maintenance teams use systems and processes the right way. Your work will improve consistency, data quality, and compliance, helping customers get quicker, more reliable repairs. If you want to move from one-off training into a role with real ownership and long-term impact, this is the next step for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver training for new systems and processes at go-live.
  • Build regular refreshers, updates, and compliance checks into everyday working.
  • Equip adoption leads and managers through a practical train-the-trainer approach.
  • Use data and feedback to spot gaps and improve learning and quality.
  • Support colleagues after go-live so changes are fully understood and embedded.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Repairs and Maintenance and Human Resources and Development, to ensure consistency and share and learn from best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
