Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Training & Standards First Line Manager to join our Operations team in Rugby. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of operational excellence, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), and delivering training and coaching across our Distribution Centre operation.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Maintain Operational Standards & Quality: Support the implementation, audit, and maintenance of SOPs across all fulfillment activities, monitoring key quality metrics—such as packing accuracy, damages, and returns—to ensure safe, accurate execution aligned with luxury brand expectations.
- Deliver Training & People Coaching: Lead onboarding, induction, and ongoing coaching for operational colleagues, maintaining accurate training records and competency assessments to bridge skill gaps across teams.
- Promote Packaging & Stakeholder Collaboration: Drive adherence to premium packaging requirements to reduce damage, while serving as a primary point of contact between operational teams and the Account Operations Manager to communicate process updates.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce environment.
- Demonstrated background training, supervising, coaching, or leading operational teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications.
