About Holistic

Holistic was launched in April 2018 to help companies create better employee experiences through the use of data with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Holistic works with companies to gather and analyze information about all aspects of the employee experience, with a particular focus on creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforces where employees are treated consistently and fairly. We help companies attract better employees and work to ensure that those employees stay longer and feel valued in their roles. All positions are remote.

Position Overview

The part-time Training Associate will be responsible for general support of Holistic’s training and virtual events. The Training Associate will work closely with the client team to ensure that training is being scheduled, communicated throughout the team, and executed effectively and on time. The training associate will identify and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, ensure all training is scheduled according to team expertise, consider staffing needs, and provide tech support during scheduled training sessions.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about the work of Holistic, and focused on making an impact.

This position requires a flexible schedule as training schedules run at varied hours. This position will be approximately 20 hrs a week.

Responsibilities And Duties Include:

Training Preparation

  • Work with the training team to schedule training sessions and create events on the training calendar
  • Manage the details of upcoming training and events
  • Prepare post-training materials such as resource guides and surveys

During Training

  • Run tech during the training session. This includes:
    • Screen sharing presentation materials for the facilitators (such as videos, music, and slide decks)
    • Monitoring the time and progress of the training
    • Sharing polls and monitoring the chat box
    • Troubleshooting any issues that occur during the session

Post-Training

  • Downloading and sharing data from the Zoom event
  • Sharing post-training materials with the client contact or training invitees

Ongoing

  • Proactively identifies new trends in virtual training models that can be implemented internally and used to improve our current training program
  • Actively engages with the sentiment data collected at each training, identifying trends and seeking ways to highlight significant findings

The Ideal Candidate Will Display The Following Qualities:

  • Familiarity with Google Suite and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Familiarity with Zoom and comfortable troubleshooting through virtual challenges
  • Commitment to maintaining a flexible schedule
  • Strong organizational skills
  • General familiarity with the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Commitment to the mission of Holistic and a desire to help build a world-class People Analytics Organization.

Other Relevant Skills

  • Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and other virtual meeting platforms
  • Training/workshop facilitation
