Job Description: Training Centre Manager
We are looking for an ambitious Training Centre Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding apprenticeships and training, and who is equally excited by growing a successful training business within the adult social care sector (ASC).
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Development: Alongside leading our training centre, you'll help develop new employer partnerships, promote our apprenticeship and commercial training services, and play a key role in expanding our presence within the sector.
- Day-to-Day Operations: You will be responsible for the effective leadership, management, and day-to-day operation of the training Centre – delivering apprenticeships, diplomas, and care-specific training.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for Ofsted, ESFA, awarding organisation, safeguarding, Prevent, GDPR, equality, health and safety, and internal quality requirements.
- Leadership Roles:
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the training centre.
- Be the Quality Nominee for Ofsted, coordinating inspection readiness, communication, evidence gathering, and quality improvement activity relating to Ofsted requirements.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Adult Social Care Assessor qualification
- Internal quality assurance qualification
- Health & Social care Diploma to level 5
Experience:
- Assessing and IQAing: 2 years (preferred)
- Team management: 2 years (required)
- Ofsted, ESFA, and quality management
- Building team and customer relationships
- Business growth

Ability to Commute/Relocate:
- Wolverhampton WV8 2HE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required). This is a head office-based role not remote or hybrid working.
Licence/Certification:
- IQA Certificate (preferred)
- A1/A2 assessor qualifications
- Health and Social Care diploma to Level 5 or equivalent
Work Authorization:
- United Kingdom (required)
