HRLife are excited to be working with a customer-centric business to find them an organised and inquisitive Training / L&D Co-ordinator.

Based in London 3 days a week and 2 days at home this is a great role for someone who thrives on being busy, is able to multi-task and has a keen interest in Training Co-ordination and delivering a great service to employees and managers.

You'll be working in a small team but will be instrumental to the day to day co-ordination of everything training so someone who is flexible, a great communicator and super organised will be of interest.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration of all training and L&D programmes across the entire business
  • Schedule training sessions, workshops, and induction programmes for new and existing employees
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to organise learning activities
  • Manage training calendars, venue bookings, virtual meeting links, and course logistics
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers, and learning management system (LMS) data
  • Monitor mandatory training compliance and ensure employees complete required learning within deadlines
  • Produce training reports, analyse attendance and completion rates, and provide insights to management
  • Support the administration of apprenticeship, graduate, and development programmes
  • Process training bookings, purchase orders, invoices, and training budgets
  • Respond to employee and manager queries regarding learning and development opportunities
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes to ensure a positive new starter experience
  • Assist with the development and continuous improvement of training materials and resources
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys and post-course assessments
  • Ensure training activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards
  • Manage and own the administration of the Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Produce regular KPI reports on training activity, compliance, and learning outcomes
  • Organise training events, conferences, and development workshops ensuring the right people are booked on the right courses
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the business
  • Identify opportunities to improve training processes and enhance the learner experience
