Job overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and result-driven Training Consultant to join the Learning & Delivery team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing learning solutions, delivering impactful training programs, and supporting business stakeholders in achieving learning objectives. The role requires strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills along with expertise in learning delivery operations.

Roles and responsibility

  • Analyze business requirements and identify training and development needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement effective learning solutions and training strategies.
  • Deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain training content, learning materials, assessments, and knowledge resources.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Monitor learner performance, training effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training delivery and learning processes.
  • Support onboarding, upskilling, behavioral, technical, and process training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, learning policies, and operational guidelines.
  • Utilize LMS platforms and digital learning tools for training management and reporting.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, learning technologies, and modern instructional methodologies.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in training, learning consulting, or learning delivery operations.
