Job Description

Are you passionate about transforming complex information into engaging, impactful learning experiences? We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Designer to join our team for 6 months and bring our learning vision to life.

In this role, you’ll partner with subject matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders across the business to design and develop dynamic training materials that support employee development and drive organizational performance. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love crafting content that truly resonates with learners, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conducting training needs analyses and skills-gap assessments to shape meaningful learning solutions
  • Designing and developing high-quality training content that aligns with learning objectives and business priorities
  • Creating interactive eLearning modules — including assessments and knowledge checks — using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines
  • Ensuring all training content is inclusive, accessible, and suitable for diverse audiences across languages and cultures

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
