Training Content & Enablement Manager

The Training Content & Enablement Manager plays a key role in helping the Customer Training team deliver engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences. This role is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of customer training content and learning assets that support a consistent customer experience.

By creating accessible, reusable, and audience-focused learning resources, the role helps improve training quality, accelerate content delivery, and increase efficiency across teams.

Working closely with colleagues across Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Training, the Training Content & Enablement Manager ensures customer-facing content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with organisational priorities. Through thoughtful content design and scalable self-service learning solutions, the role supports customer adoption and success while enabling training teams to focus on high-value customer interactions.

Please note this is an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be getting up to:

  • Ensure training materials remain aligned with product developments, customer needs, organisational messaging, and strategic priorities.
  • Create and maintain high-quality, customer-ready learning resources that can be effectively used by Training and Customer Success teams.
  • Use AI-enabled and digital tools where appropriate to support the production, maintenance, and personalisation of learning content.
  • Ensure learning materials are accessible, scalable, and adaptable to a range of learner needs and use cases.
  • Translate product updates, feature enhancements, customer insights, and go-to-market priorities into engaging customer learning experiences.
  • Maintain a prioritised content roadmap aligned with release schedules, customer adoption goals, and learner demand.
  • Support proactive planning and stakeholder engagement to anticipate learning needs and reduce last-minute content requests.
  • Create learning experiences that support customer adoption and confidence while complementing trainer-led learning opportunities.
  • Enable training teams to focus on high-value customer interactions, complex implementations, and strategic adoption initiatives through scalable learning solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
