About the role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Training Coordinator to join our team in Corby.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and helping colleagues develop the skills they need to be successful in a busy warehouse environment.
You’ll coordinate and support training across the operation, making sure colleagues receive the right training at the right time and that training records are kept accurate and up to date.
You don't need to be an experienced trainer or have a formal L&D background. We're looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and schedule training for new and existing warehouse colleagues.
- Support the onboarding and induction of new starters.
- Work closely with warehouse managers and team leaders to identify training requirements.
- Arrange training sessions and ensure colleagues are available to attend.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure mandatory training is completed.
- Monitor training completion and follow up where required.
- Support trainers and operational teams with the delivery of warehouse training.
- Help ensure colleagues are trained and competent before carrying out relevant tasks independently.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues throughout their training.
- Identify any training gaps and escalate these to the relevant manager.
- Produce basic reports and updates on training activity.
- Help maintain training materials and documentation.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues across the warehouse operation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
