Are you an organised and confident individual who enjoys helping people learn, develop, and perform at their best? We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our People and Culture team and support learning, compliance, and colleague development across the business.
About the role
As Training Coordinator, you will help plan, coordinate, and maintain effective training across the site. You will support new starters, manage accurate training records, assist with SOPs and Work Instructions, and help ensure colleagues have the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to work safely and effectively.

- Coordinate and support SOP training, competency assessments, and compliance activities.
- Help drive learning through Redzone Learning and other training tools.
- Create, review, and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Keep training records accurate, up to date, and easy to access.
- Support new starters during onboarding and help them settle into the business.
- Work closely with managers and colleagues to identify training needs and support continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in training coordination, learning and development, compliance, HR, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence delivering training to groups of employees.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to build positive working relationships and influence others effectively.
- Good IT skills, ideally with experience using training systems or digital learning tools.
- Experience working with SOPs and an understanding of BRC requirements would be advantageous.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- A proactive, supportive, and professional approach, with a genuine interest in helping colleagues have a positive work experience.
