Key Requirements
- Manage all aspects of training course bookings, including processing registrations, cancellations, transfers, and amendments.
- Act as the first point of contact for education-related enquiries via telephone and email, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Respond to client queries relating to training programmes, course availability, and educational services.
- Maintain accurate training booking records and update internal systems with course attendance and delegate information.
- Coordinate and distribute weekly training reminder and confirmation communications to delegates.
- Chase outstanding training payments, ensuring timely resolution and accurate records.

- A genuine interest in working with and helping customers.
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised, flexible, and able to multi-task.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated.
- The ability to prioritise work loads.
- The ability to handle situations in a patient, calm, and effective way.
- You will be a friendly hardworking person with a great personality.
