Key Requirements

  • Manage all aspects of training course bookings, including processing registrations, cancellations, transfers, and amendments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for education-related enquiries via telephone and email, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to client queries relating to training programmes, course availability, and educational services.
  • Maintain accurate training booking records and update internal systems with course attendance and delegate information.
  • Coordinate and distribute weekly training reminder and confirmation communications to delegates.
  • Chase outstanding training payments, ensuring timely resolution and accurate records.
