Training Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join a growing organisation at its Head Office in Bedale, North Yorkshire. This varied role combines client relationship management, training coordination, and administration. You will manage a portfolio of clients, understand their training requirements, and coordinate high-quality training solutions.

Working closely with clients, trainers, and awarding organisations, you will ensure training is delivered efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve services and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage allocated client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for training enquiries and ongoing support
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, instructors, assessors, awarding organisations, and other stakeholders
• Identify and coordinate training solutions that meet client requirements
• Manage training bookings, scheduling, and administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across company systems
• Communicate professionally, providing clear information and updates to clients and colleagues
• Identify opportunities to promote services and support business development
• Resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement and high service standards
