We are looking for a Training Co-ordinator to join our Training team within Bettys & Taylors Group, on a fixed-term basis.

Based at Pagoda House office in Harrogate, as a Training Co-ordinator you will:

  • Coordinate training programmes and learning events
  • Manage training schedules, records and communications
  • Support the delivery of engaging training sessions
  • Maintain accurate learning and training data
  • Track compliance and training completion metrics
  • Collaborate with teams across the business
  • Provide essential administrative and financial support to the Training Team
  • Help develop a skilled, compliant and capable workforce

Working pattern

This role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.

This role can accommodate hybrid working and flexible hours. Collaborating in-person with your peers 2-3 days per week would normally be expected.

This is a fixed-term role for 9 months - starting in October/November 2026 and ending in July/August 2027.

About You

  • Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, adaptable and confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Experience in a training, coordination or administrative role. (Desirable)
