Job Title: Training Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Shipdham, Norfolk
Working Hours: Working pattern will be Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm, with an unpaid lunch break of half an hour.
Salary: A GBP 28,000.00 to A GBP 32,000.00 per annum, to be discussed on application.

About The Company
Within the Falcon Group is Falcon Tower Crane Services, the largest tower crane supplier in the UK and one of the largest in the world with just under 450 tower cranes nationwide. Falcon Power Generation with 400 generators nationwide along with Falcon Freight who operate a fleet of 37 HGV vehicles with a selection of units supporting artic and rigid HIAB cranes.
We are looking for a full-time Training, Certification and Compliance Coordinator to join our Training Department at Shipdham, Norfolk.
Comprehensive training and continual support to help you excel in the role will be provided. The role will evolve over time as you become established, with opportunities to expand your responsibilities and develop your skills.
The Role
Working closely with employees, Line Managers, Trainers, and external Training Providers, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering employee training, testing, qualifications, industry cards, and occupational medicals.

You will ensure that training and compliance requirements remain up to date, proactively manage renewals, and maintain accurate records across the Company's training and compliance systems. The role will also involve arranging training courses and medicals, maintaining training schedules and logs, processing training-related requisitions and purchase orders, supporting CITB Training Grant administration, and producing training reports.
A key requirement of the role is advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including the ability to use Conditional Formatting and Pivot Tables to monitor compliance and produce meaningful reports.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a training, compliance, or administrative role.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Conditional Formatting and Pivot Tables.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience maintaining records, databases, or compliance documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Confident liaising with employees, Line Managers, and external providers.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Desirable
- Experience within the construction, engineering, transport, lifting, or plant industry.
- Knowledge of CPCS, CSCS, ECS, NPORS, ALLMI, or similar industry certification.
- Experience with training matrices, occupational medicals, or CITB Training Grants.
