About The Role:
Keyteach is looking for a full-time Training Coordinator / Administrator to join our team in South Manchester.
We're looking for an entry-level candidate with a strong marketing focus, ideal for graduates or those looking to transition into a new career path. This role also provides an excellent pathway into project management, with clear opportunities for career development and progression.
This position is office based (Monday to Friday) and supports a global-facing business with a variety of responsibilities across administration, marketing, and project coordination for large multinational corporations.
You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team where no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across multiple business functions, develop your professional skills, and make a real impact from day one.
Responsibilities include the provision of all logistical aspects of training delivery and worldwide student registrations for our global training business. It requires exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities flexibly and adaptively. The ideal candidate will be a proficient organiser, skilled in planning and coordinating multiple projects and schedules.
This role requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, integrity, and a willingness to learn and adapt. This is a highly responsible role and we’re looking for an individual that will help to shape and align our business processes for future growth.

Responsibilities of the Role:
- Management and processing of training registrations
- Ensuring timely customer support for event-related enquiries
- Taking responsibility for pre-course communication to delegates and trainers
- Organisation of training logistics including venues and catering requirements
- Planning and project management of global user training programmes for large multinational organisations
- Administration of training attendance records
- Setup and management of online training sessions
- Management of training calendars and resource schedules for both public and private training courses
