Administrator / Training Co‑ordinator - 6‑Month FTC

£32,000
Hybrid - 2 days in the London office

Recruiting for a fantastic opportunity within a busy Training & Commercial Delivery function — perfect for someone who loves organisation, coordination and keeping learning operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is confident supporting training programmes, workshops and digital learning systems.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing training bookings, inbox queries and day‑to‑day administration
  • Coordinating public workshops and in‑house training sessions
  • Issuing joining instructions, handling follow‑up actions and supporting online sessions
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating training systems
  • Supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) — troubleshooting, reporting and course setup
  • Producing MI reports and supporting wider commercial activities
  • Liaising with trainers, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

What we’re looking for

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with great stakeholder management
  • Proactive, flexible and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working across multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience with LMS platforms is a bonus (but not essential)
  • Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
