Training Advisor
An exciting opportunity for a Training Advisor to support training coordination, compliance, and workforce competence across a large-scale infrastructure project. Working closely with operational teams, HR, and external providers, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees are trained, qualified, and project-ready.

Description
- Coordinating training plans in line with project mobilisation and delivery schedules.
- Liaising with external training providers to arrange and validate training activities.
- Monitoring training compliance, qualifications, and certification records.
- Identifying gaps, risks, and upcoming certification expiries.
- Providing guidance to managers and supervisors on training and competence requirements.
- Producing training and compliance reports for stakeholders.
- Supporting continuous improvement of training processes, systems, and documentation.
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready training records.

Profile
The successful applicant will have previous experience in training coordination, learning and development administration, workforce compliance, or competence management within a regulated, construction, engineering, or project-based environment.
You Will Also Have
- CIPD Level 3-5 in Learning & Development, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting training, learning, or compliance activities in an operational setting.
- Understanding of competence, qualification, and certification management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training/learning management systems.
- The ability to commute to the Orwell Logistics Park area on the outskirts of Ipswich.

Job Offer
- Salary of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
- Additional 15% project allowance.
- Discretionary annual bonus of up to 10%.
- Reimbursement of commuted mileage (currently available until April 2028).
