Company Description

Dulson Training Ltd provides driver, workplace, and warehouse training solutions across multiple locations including Wrexham, Telford, Shrewsbury, Nantwich, and Ludlow. The company delivers a wide range of courses such as HGV, LGV, PCV driver training, B+E car and trailer training, refresher training, and ADR training. Dulson Training also offers Transport Manager and Driver CPC qualifications through both remote and classroom-based learning. In addition, the organization provides RTITB forklift training, NRI instructor and assessor training, and courses in first aid, manual handling, and health and safety, supported by finance options, free driving assessments, and a strong pass rate.

Role Description

The Training Coordinator role at Dulson Training Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Rodington Heath. The Training Coordinator will:

This role involves:

  • Communicating with learners, instructors, and employers to confirm course details, share joining instructions, and handle general enquiries
  • Supporting training delivery logistics, including classroom preparation, materials distribution, and coordination of remote sessions where applicable
  • Monitoring attendance, gathering feedback, and assisting with continuous improvement of training programs and administrative processes

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Training Coordination and Training & Development to plan, schedule, and support a varied portfolio of courses
  • Experience in Training and Employee Training, with the ability to work closely with instructors and participants to ensure effective delivery
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with learners, clients, and internal teams
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation
  • Proficiency with office software and learning management or booking systems is beneficial
  • Experience in vocational, driver, or workplace training environments is an advantage
  • Relevant qualification in administration, education, or training (or equivalent experience) is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Rodington Heath and collaborate effectively in a team-focused environment
