A career without limits
As the nation’s flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain.
It’s something we’ve been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world’s first international scheduled air service between London and Paris.
This originality has been in our blood since day one. It’s the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.
So, whether you are a reassuring voice on the end of a phone, a smile at the door, under a wing keeping the turbines spinning or landing us gently in far-flung places, a job at British Airways is yours to make.
We know great things can happen when you’re inspired to think big and bring your ambition to work every day, which is why, at British Airways the sky is never the limit.
The Role
Trainer Delivery Lead
The Training Delivery team within the Global Learning Academy (GLA) is seeking experienced leaders to join our inclusive and supportive management team. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you'll inspire, coach and develop our trainers, enabling them to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences. Your leadership will play a key role in ensuring our flying and ground colleagues receive safe, compliant and effective training, allowing them to perform at their best every day.
This role may require shift working and a uniform to be worn. Some international and domestic travel may be required.
Please note, this role is not approved for an international assignment.
What You’ll Do
As a Trainer Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of trainers, building capability and driving high performance to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of training programmes that meet defined objectives across Airport, Worldwide, Crew and Global Engagement Centres.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of trainers to ensure they deliver engaging, effective, and learner-centred training.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, and performance reviews to drive accountability and development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate CPD opportunities for trainers to enhance their facilitation and subject matter expertise.
- Partner with non-GLA Trainers, offering guidance, recognition and support without stepping into the line manager role.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
