  • Own and continuously improve core training programmes, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant and impactful.
  • Tailor training delivery for different audiences while maintaining a consistent, high-quality learner experience.

  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences that encourage participation, discussion and real-world application.
  • Provide outstanding support to learners and stakeholders, ensuring a positive and high-quality training experience.
  • Gather and analyse feedback, learner questions and emerging trends to inform continuous improvement and enhance future training.
  • Work closely with colleagues, stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure learning content reflects current priorities, developments and sector needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training content, delivery methods and team processes, helping to drive excellence across the function.
  • Maintain training materials in line with quality standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to peer reviews and quality assurance activities, sharing best practice and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest learning, facilitation and engagement techniques, continually enhancing your professional expertise.
  • Support wider directorate and organisational initiatives where required.
  • Travel across the UK to deliver training and engagement activities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities that contribute to team success and organisational objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
