We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused Training Lead to join our People & Performance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our teams are equipped with the systems, process knowledge, and practical skills they need to perform at pace.
You’ll work closely with operational teams, system specialists and Organisational Development to deliver hands-on, impactful training that supports business performance. This is a delivery-led role, focused on getting training out quickly, driving adoption, and embedding knowledge, rather than over-engineering content.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our People & Performance team, your role will include:
- Deliver practical, engaging systems training (CargoWise and other platforms) to support system rollouts, updates, and ongoing adoption
- Work with CargoWise and system specialists to identify training needs and respond quickly with targeted solutions
- Translate operational process changes into clear, usable training sessions that enable teams to adapt quickly
- Support the rollout and embedding of new ways of working across operational teams
- Deliver structured onboarding training for new hires across the UK and US, ensuring rapid productivity
- Provide follow-up and reinforcement training to embed learning and close knowledge gaps
- Support training delivery for graduates and apprentices, contributing to structured development programmes
- Facilitate behavioural and professional skills sessions, supporting wider OD initiatives
- Produce simple, fit-for-purpose training materials that support delivery (avoiding unnecessary complexity)
- Monitor system and process adoption, identifying gaps and resolving them through further training
- Build strong relationships with operational teams, systems experts, and stakeholders across regions
- Act as a responsive training partner, ensuring training is delivered at pace and aligned to business priorities
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering training in an operational or systems-led environment
- Strong understanding of process-driven operations (logistics/freight highly desirable)
- Experience delivering systems training and driving user adoption (CargoWise experience highly desirable)
- Ability to translate complex processes into simple, practical training
- Experience supporting onboarding or early-stage employee development
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage operational teams
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with a bias towards action rather than perfection
- Confident facilitator who enjoys engaging groups and driving participation
