SAP SuccessFactors Training Lead
Location: London (Hybrid)
Rate: Up to £550/day
Contract: Fixed-Term/Contract Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Training Lead to support a major HR Transformation programme and SuccessFactors implementation. This role will be responsible for ensuring end users are fully prepared for go-live through the creation, delivery, and support of high-quality training and adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, quality assure, and refine SuccessFactors training materials.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to end users and stakeholder groups.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and business readiness.
- Drive user adoption and resolve training-related queries.
- Provide go-live and hypercare support.
- Collaborate with project, change, HR, and system integration teams.
- Identify user challenges and recommend additional training and support interventions.

Experience Required
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge and implementation experience.
- Proven track record delivering training within transformation or technology programmes.
- Experience supporting UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
