SAP SuccessFactors Training Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)
Rate: Up to £550/day
Contract: Fixed-Term/Contract Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Training Lead to support a major HR Transformation programme and SuccessFactors implementation. This role will be responsible for ensuring end users are fully prepared for go-live through the creation, delivery, and support of high-quality training and adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, quality assure, and refine SuccessFactors training materials.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to end users and stakeholder groups.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and business readiness.
  • Drive user adoption and resolve training-related queries.
  • Provide go-live and hypercare support.
  • Collaborate with project, change, HR, and system integration teams.
  • Identify user challenges and recommend additional training and support interventions.

Experience Required

  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge and implementation experience.
  • Proven track record delivering training within transformation or technology programmes.
  • Experience supporting UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
