Dron & Dickson is looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics & Training Administrator to join our team in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our site-based contractor workforce, ensuring personnel are fully trained, compliant, and mobilised to meet operational requirements. Working closely with the Resourcing & Logistics Lead, you'll support training coordination, contractor onboarding, compliance administration, travel arrangements, and mobilisation activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor contractor training, certification and competency requirements.
- Arrange training courses and refresher training with external providers.
- Maintain accurate training, competency and compliance records.
- Support recruitment campaigns, including issuing trade tests and verifying technical certifications.
- Assist with contractor onboarding, Right to Work checks and contractual administration.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for site-based personnel.
- Maintain accurate contractor records and personnel files.
- Support mobilisation activities and liaise with site personnel regarding crew changes.
- Assist with audits, tenders and compliance activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Resourcing & Logistics function.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administration, logistics, training, compliance or recruitment support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience within the offshore, engineering, industrial or technical sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
