Training Management Systems Lead
We're looking for a Training Management Systems Lead to help shape the future of GMP training and competency management at Bespak on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of our training processes, moving from a manual approach to a modern, automated Training Management System that supports compliance, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in developing a robust, role-based GMP Training Curriculum Framework.
- Complete Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and define role-specific training pathways.
- Support the implementation of our new electronic Training Management System as part of the AlignQ programme.
- Ensure colleagues have the right training at the right time while maintaining compliance and audit readiness.
