The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) promotes and enables the safe and effective use of powered access worldwide and has more than 2,000 members globally. We are now looking for a talented and experienced Training Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing IPAF’s training programmes globally.
This full-time post may be based at our UK office in Cumbria or undertaken remotely. The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification in training or management and have a comprehensive understanding of learning science.

We're looking for someone who has:
- Significant experience of modern training techniques, including eLearning and Learning Management Systems.
- Experience of leading a team.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside training committees, volunteers and subject matter experts.
- Experience delivering learning across face-to-face, virtual and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of CPD, accreditation or professional learning frameworks.
- Excellent organisational, communication and budget management skills.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels.
