📍 Bristol | 💰 £45,000–£60,000 | 📅 9-month FTC

I’m currently working with a leading UK organisation that is looking for a Digital Training Manager to join their Tech & Transformation team.

This is a key role within a major transformation programme, where you’ll take ownership of the training strategy for a new Property Management System and help colleagues across the business successfully adopt the new technology.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end training strategy for the programme
  • Identify training needs across different teams and user groups
  • Design and adapt practical, role-based training materials
  • Deliver training face-to-face, virtually, and through one-to-one sessions
  • Support go-live and provide post-go-live training and reinforcement
  • Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, Technology teams, and implementation partners
  • Use feedback and data to identify risks and improve the training approach
  • Help embed new processes and ways of working across the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
