Product Trainer | Estate Agency CRM

Salary: £40,000 + Bonus

Location: Predominantly Remote with UK Travel. (Expenses covered)

Hours: Full time, permanent

The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agency professional to move into PropTech and join an established business providing an all-in-one CRM platform to UK estate agents.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands how an estate agency works and can use that knowledge to train clients to get the very best from the CRM.

You might already work within PropTech or software training, but equally you could currently be working within estate agency, lettings or property management and be looking for an opportunity to use your industry knowledge in a completely different way.

Experience across lettings, property management or client accounting would be particularly valuable and preferable - especially the client accounting side.

This is a predominantly remote role, although you will travel regularly to estate agency clients throughout the UK to deliver onsite training. You’ll also spend approximately a couple of days each month at head office (Cotswolds / West Oxfordshire), so being reasonably centrally located is important.

There will be occasional overnight stays depending on the training schedule.

The role

As Product Trainer, you’ll be responsible for helping both new and existing clients understand and confidently use the CRM.

You’ll deliver training onsite, remotely and through webinars, working with people across all areas and levels of an estate agency business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering CRM training to individuals and teams both onsite and remotely
  • Training clients across sales, lettings, applicant management, tenancies and property management
  • Providing training around rent collection, landlord statements, reconciliation and client accounting
  • Supporting new clients as they move onto the CRM, including go-live days within branches
  • Providing refresher and follow-up training to existing clients
  • Identifying where clients could be getting more from the CRM
  • Keeping training materials and the training syllabus up to date as the platform develops
  • Building strong ongoing relationships with clients
  • Gathering client feedback and communicating this clearly to the Product team
  • Identifying recurring requirements and contributing ideas for future product improvements
  • Reporting product issues clearly to the development team
  • Delivering short online demonstrations when required
  • Proactively contacting clients to encourage participation in additional training sessions and workshops
  • Identifying opportunities for additional client training, with a bonus scheme recognising this contribution

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
