The Training Network Executive will support the operational management of the training supply chain, acting as the day-to-day contact for training providers and coordinating the delivery, monitoring, and administration of training provision across the NSJS programme.

Please note, the Training Network Executive may be required to travel around the UK when needed, including to Aberdeen where we will have an NSJS office.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Sources and onboards relevant training providers based on the needs of Workers.
• Liaises with Team Leaders and local operational teams to assess needs of our Worker caseload, identifying any gaps in existing provision.
• Continually map provision and service gaps, quickly implementing additional or alternative provision in response to any changes in services e.g. removal or changes to local services.
• Maintain positive working relationships with training providers to support effective delivery.
• Ensure training provision complies with programme requirements, policies and procedures.
• Monitor performance against agreed measures, targets and quality standards.
• Support the identification of improvement opportunities and implementation of corrective actions where required, working with the Training Network Manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard)
• Experience of working in an administration or coordination role.
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
