Company Description

ECI-Hub (Engineering Consultants for Industrial Operations) provides engineering training and consultancy services for high-risk process industries. The organization focuses on up-skilling the workforce so that team members are competent and confident in performing safety-critical tasks.

Role Description

The Training & Operations Coordinator role is a remote position focused on supporting the delivery and smooth running of ECI-Hub’s training and consultancy services. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Managing participant registrations
  • Maintaining training records
  • Preparing learning materials and documentation
  • Liaising with clients to understand training requirements
  • Providing responsive customer service
  • Supporting project and operations activities such as resource planning and logistics

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, track metrics, and support continuous improvement of training and operations processes.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly interact with clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders in written and verbal formats.
  • Operations Management Skills: Experience in scheduling, workflow coordination, and basic project support within a training or consulting environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrating a client-focused approach, responsiveness, and professionalism in handling inquiries and participant support.
  • Administrative Assistance Skills: Proficiency with office software, record-keeping, document preparation, and database or LMS (Learning Management System) usage.

Beneficial Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in business administration, operations, education, or a related field.
  • Experience in training coordination, professional services, or high-risk process industries (e.g., COMAH, EC&I, safety-related fields).
