The Training Programme Director in Rehabilitation Medicine
The Training Programme Director in Rehabilitation Medicine will support the Head of School in the Strategic Development of the School of Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Lead on Development: Lead on the development of the School’s Recruitment and Retention Strategy and contribute to supporting the School Operational Programme.
- School Board Member: Be a member of the School Board.
- Focus Areas:
- Improvement of learner supervision, assessment, and experience.
- Engagement of faculty.
- Ensuring effective educational outcomes, both now and in the future.
- Whole workforce transformation.
- Developing multi-professional links.
Requirements
- Experience: Experienced NHS Consultant.
- Understanding: Thorough understanding of (specialty) training across the region.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as a member of a multi-professional team.
