Description
Principal duties of the Training Projects Coordinator will include, but are not limited to:
- Create and maintain training courses using company learning platforms (e.g. Totara) and authoring tools (e.g. Synthesia and iSpring Solutions).
- Work with subject matter experts to gather information and develop learning content and media.
- Format and publish digital training materials, e-learning modules, guides, and assessments.
- Upload, test, and maintain course content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in troubleshooting and testing of company learning platforms and authoring tools.
- Support the development of new training projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the Training Projects team.
- Any other additional duties as per Standards Managers' request.

Requirements
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a training environment.
- HR / training qualification is desirable, though not essential.
- Experience gained within an EASA PART 145 or PART 147 organizational environment is desirable.
- Experience working with E-learning systems and developing packages using E-learning training mediums is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Pragmatic approach to work.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills essential.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
