About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to be part of the CITB Customer Engagement Team as a Training Provider Relationship Manager where you will be engaging with training providers on behalf of CITB. You will build and maintain positive relationships with providers who deliver construction training as well as supporting their business development needs.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable to travel extensively across Great Britain to meet and build rapport with our customers and a keen collaborator who can ensure clear communication channels with colleagues across the business. You will manage stakeholder expectations across CITB and your customers. You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers and will need to support their business development in an evolving construction skills landscape.
