ARE YOU THE ONE?
We’re looking for a passionate, confident and engaging Training Specialist to bring technology to life across the HP B2B Channel.
You’ll design and deliver inspiring training experiences, from onboarding new starters to developing specialist sales talent, helping teams build capability and drive performance.
We’re looking for someone who loves technology, thrives in front of an audience and has the confidence and charisma to captivate a room. You’ll be an energetic communicator who can turn complex ideas into engaging, memorable learning experiences.

NOTE: this role requires national travel
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- Deliver high-impact, engaging face-to-face and virtual training across the UK, confidently bringing content to life and captivating audiences.
- Design and continuously enhance innovative learning experiences aligned to client objectives and business needs.
- Create dynamic blended learning programmes combining classroom, virtual and digital experiences to maximise engagement and impact.
- Use modern digital learning tools and technology to develop interactive, memorable training modules.
- Keep learning content fresh, accurate and accessible, continuously improving courses to reflect evolving business and technology needs.
- Create compelling facilitator guides, learner resources and supporting materials that make learning practical, engaging and easy to apply.
- Measure and improve learning impact through learner feedback, assessments and business performance data.

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
- Proven training experience, ideally within the B2B, retail or technology sectors, with a genuine passion for technology and learning.
- A track record of designing and delivering engaging training that inspires audiences and drives real business impact.
- Confident, charismatic facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to command a room and connect with audiences in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
- Experience creating digital and blended learning experiences that are interactive, innovative and memorable.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging learning.
- Strong digital and Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Teams and Excel, with the confidence to use technology to enhance the learner experience.
- Experience with modern eLearning and content creation tools, such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva or similar, and a willingness to explore new technologies and ways of learning.

- Competitive Salary: Up to £40,000 Per Annum (12-month FTC) + 10% Bonus Performance + Company Car
