AI Training SME (Risk & Controls) London or Remote · Contract · Inside IR35 · August 2026 £400-£600 p/d Inside or IR-35
We are putting in an agentic AI into live processes inside a regulated financial services business. Staff around those processes need to understand what the systems do and who answers for it when one acts on its own. You will already own most of the material. The work is fitting it to the client's own policies and control framework, then delivering it. The client keeps the curriculum and runs it again themselves.
Deep AI expertise in generative and agentic systems, including how they fail. Command of financial services risk and controls. PRA SS1/23 and accountability under SM&CR. Experience teaching this to people who push back. Material that already exists. Three weeks does not allow for authoring from scratch. Available in August 2026.

The Role
- Deliver AI literacy and risk training across a UK financial services business.
- Turn the firm's AI governance position into something staff can apply to their own work.
- Teach mixed audiences, from first line staff to the technical delivery team.
- Fit the material to the client's own policies and control framework.
- Cover what changes when software acts on its own.
- Hand the curriculum over so the client can run it internally.

Nice to Have
- ISACA Advanced in AI Audit, or ISO/IEC 42001.
- Work on a Bank of England, PRA or FCA consultation or roundtable.
- Model validation, internal audit or AI assurance background.
- Time on the regulator's side of the table.
- CPD-accredited or assessed training you have delivered.
