Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Nurse or experienced Medical Device Trainer with a passion for training and technical support.
• Strong scientific knowledge, both theoretical and practical, in a medical setting.
• Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
• Full UK/EU driving licence and a passport for potential overseas training.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Degree-level education or equivalent, with a background in Nursing or Training.
• Familiarity with Primary/Secondary Care organisations within the NHS, ideally within a hospital environment.
• Experience designing and delivering tailored training programmes aligned with patient pathway strategies.
• Knowledge of medical analytical systems, quality assurance, and customer relationship management tools.
• Proven troubleshooting experience and a successful history of providing on-site customer support.
• Awareness of the diagnostics industry and experience in a multicultural environment.

This position requires immediate availability and proximity to Southern and Western Trusts.
