ABOUT THE EVENT
Helios Towers is hosting an exclusive recruitment summit to connect with African diaspora talent based in London for engineering and technical roles in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

TRAINING SPECIALIST
Role Purpose
Design and deliver training programs to build technical and operational capability across telecom engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop training materials and programs
- Deliver technical and operational training sessions
- Assess training effectiveness and knowledge gaps
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, HR, or related field
- Experience in technical training within telecoms or engineering
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into training content
