Hours per week

This role is 37 hours per week. However, we welcome applications from individuals wishing to work on a part-time basis and we are willing to consider flexible working patterns subject to business need.

About the role

The role of Geographical Training Supervisor is a rewarding and dynamic opportunity within the Learning and Development team. We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record of supporting, developing, and motivating people to achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will oversee a variety of training initiatives and projects, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you will be required to engage with colleagues at all levels and ensure training objectives are aligned with organisational needs.

The successful candidate must hold a recognised training qualification and be able to demonstrate experience of working within a learning and development environment. You will have a passion for developing others, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
