Are you highly organised, systems-focused, and passionate about supporting learning and development?
We're looking for a Training Systems Administrator to play a key role in the delivery and administration of our learning and development programme. Working within our People & Organisational Development team, you'll ensure colleagues can easily access high-quality learning opportunities while maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of our Learning Management System (LMS).

help create a seamless learning experience across the organisation while supporting compliance, workforce development, and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For
- Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Set up and manage user accounts, courses, learning pathways, and certification records
- Coordinate virtual and face-to-face training sessions
- Manage bookings, communications, joining instructions, and attendance records
- Produce training and compliance reports for stakeholders
- Ensure training records are accurate and audit-ready
- Provide first-line support for colleagues using the LMS
- Support the maintenance and updating of digital learning content
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and support materials
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external training providers to deliver an excellent learning experience.

About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working with systems and data. You will have:
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, Learning & Development, training, or a similar environment
- Experience using digital systems and managing data accurately
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence producing reports and analysing information
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements
- Experience of using a Learning Management System or similar platform
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- The ability to work independently while building strong relationships across teams.
Desirable
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise
- Knowledge of learning and development environments
- Experience improving processes and systems
- Awareness of the use of AI tools in learning administration and digital learning content development.
