We are growing rapidly and are now seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Transaction Analytics professional to help build and scale our data analytics capabilities within Transaction Services.

Our work focuses on the financial due diligence phase of a transaction, where speed and precision are critical. By combining transaction expertise with data-driven insights, we help clients assess performance, validate projections, and identify opportunities that impact valuation. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Associate Director to play a key role in the continued growth of our Analytics capability. This is a leadership position for a commercially minded analytics professional who thrives in fast-paced, transaction-driven environments.
You will shape how advanced analytics, AI, and data-led insight are deployed across financial due diligence and broader deal advisory engagements - working directly with senior leadership and private equity clients.
This is an opportunity to build something genuinely differentiated: a tech-enabled analytics capability embedded within a high-performing transaction services business.
The Role:
Client Delivery & Deal Execution
- Lead analytics workstreams across buy-side and sell-side engagements, embedding data-driven insight into diligence
- Translate complex datasets into clear, commercially relevant narratives that influence investment decisions
- Partner with deal teams to identify key value drivers, risks, and performance trends
- Oversee delivery of analytics outputs including dashboards, models, and insight packs

Analytics & Innovation
- Drive the development and application of AI-enabled analytics tools and methodologies in live engagements
- Design scalable analytics approaches that enhance speed, depth, and consistency of insight
- Work alongside GenAI specialists to integrate automation and intelligent workflows into transaction processes
- Identify opportunities to productise analytics capabilities across the deal lifecycle
The Individual:
- Strong experience in data analytics within transaction services, deal advisory, or private equity environments
- Proven ability to link data analysis to commercial outcomes and investment decisions
- Hands-on expertise with analytics tools (e.g. Alteryx, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Experience working on financial due diligence or adjacent deal processes
- A mindset that combines technical capability with commercial judgement
